In working with couples, I see relationships that have become strained from issues such as infidelity, financial strain, chronic resentment, communication, sexual problems, divorce and parenting woes. I will help you identity problems, understand why past efforts at addressing these problems may have been ineffective and develop alternative solutions. 

I have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and when working with couples, I primarily use the Gottman method.  It is a compassionate and respectful way of working with couples that often brings about significant changes in their relationship by focusing on building marital friendship, and reducing hurtful conflict.
